Young Visions Art Show
The Young Visions Art Show is coming up!
Everyone in Art 10 -12 during semester 1 and 2 is required to submit one art piece by the end of march break.
As well this event is a great opportunity for anyone (All Grades) who would like to display their artistic talent. Get in contact with Sophie Drew or Ms. Painter if you have questions.
Art Show will be happening April 26th - May 24th

Coldest Night Campaign
The Coldest Night Campaign is happening this week!
You can expect some student council members to visit classes to talk about the event and to collect twoonies.
Students will be making rounds in the B block classes, as well please take some time to view the video (link below) and chat with your student(s) about this event.

Talent Show 2024
It's that time again, The Annual SHSS Talent Show. Watch for tickets being sold!
You can purchase in school at lunch, at the office or at the door (if still available!).
This event will be held on Thursday, February 29th in the SHSS activity room. Door open at 5:40pm.

YEARBOOK SALES - Last Chance!
Yearbooks will be on sale from Monday, February 12th - Thursday, February 15th. This will be the last push for yearbooks as the publisher requires our final order numbers. We do not order 'extra yearbooks.' You must pre-order your yearbook.
You may purchase a standard yearbook or a personalized yearbook (student name is stamped on the cover). Here are the purchasing options:
- ONLINE: Log into your MY SCHOOL BUCKS account. The yearbooks are in the "store" section. When you purchase online the cost is $40 (standard) and $45 (personalized). You MUST order by midnight on Monday, February 19th.
- IN PERSON: During the week of February 12th, yearbook will be set up for sales in the crosshalls. We will sell them on Monday during the collaboration time and then Tues-Thurs at lunch. Thursday, February 15th will be the last day to order in person. When you purchase in person, the cost is $38 (standard) and $43 (personalized).
